Today was Sunday and rest day because I have to leave at stupid O'Clock tomorrow morning. I spent most of today baking cookies and resting up from last night. I didn't get out of bed until lunch time. I made another three batches of cookies and then spent the evening with the gang at Aspen Lodge in Queenstown. For dinner I had my usual Sunday Meatball sub from Subway. I opted against cookies today because I had so many of my own.
Tomorrow I am off to Christchurch. Hopefully meeting up with Chris.
