Here is a small biography on the Doctor that I had an appointment with.

Dr Milne Simpson:
Graduated: December 1989
Joined Queenstown Medical Centre: 1997
Post Graduation Studies: GP Primex 1996, EMST 1997, Diploma Sports Medicine 2001, ACLS 2004
Areas of Interest: Orthopaedics, Sports Medicine, Plastics and Minor Surgery, Chief Medical Officer for NZ ice hockey federation, Rescue diver, Ski Instructor.
Practice Responsibilities: Information Technology.
I gave the Dr. Simpson a brief summary of my misfortunes and he looked in my ears, nose, throat and listened to my breathing. According to him my breathing was good enough. However my right ear was heavily infected and my nose was inflamed. I also had some kind of inflammation on my tonsils as well. He prescribed Amoxycillin and Sofradex. Amoxycillin is an anti-biotic and Sofradex is some kind of anti-bacterial ear drop. I have to go back to the clinic tomorrow to get a check up to see if things are working. Now you all have a basic summary of my current medical situation.
In other news I had some delicious ice cream today.
